STUDIO RULES, POLICIES & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By booking or entering the studio, you are agreeing to the following:

1. RESPECT THE SPACE

Please treat the studio with care. All furniture, props, décor, plants, and equipment must be handled gently and respectfully. Everything must be returned exactly where you found it before you leave.

Do not drag furniture — always lift it to avoid damage.

Please clean up after yourself and leave the space how you found it.

You must take photos of the space clean and put back when you leave.

Please handle the seamless paper and pulley system with care. Do not pull hard or force the system — always roll it down gently.

All photographers and clients are required to use the provided wipes on the soles of their shoes before stepping onto the seamless paper to prevent dirt buildup and unnecessary waste.

If the paper becomes damaged or dirty, please cut and remove the used portion. Any misuse or damage may result in a replacement fee.

No changes may be made to walls, sets, or décor without prior approval.

2. BOOKING TIME + STUDIO USE

Your booking time includes setup, shooting time, and cleanup. Please do not arrive early and make sure you are fully packed up and out by your scheduled end time.

There is a short buffer between bookings for staff use only.

If you go over your time, you will be charged in 30-minute increments at the current studio rate. Extra time is only available if the schedule allows.

3. CLEANING + RESET EXPECTATIONS

The studio must be left “studio-ready” when you leave. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sweeping floors if there is any mess (dirt, florals, snacks, etc.)

• Returning all furniture to its original placement

• Putting props back neatly where they belong

• Cleaning up any spills immediately

• Taking all trash with you

• Removing all personal items

• Cutting/cleaning backdrops after use

If the space is left dirty or not reset, a cleaning fee of $75+ may be applied.

4. PARKING + GUESTS

This is a street parking location with monitored meter parking. All clients and guests are responsible for parking legally and ensuring meters are paid when required.

Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale & Barbieri are not responsible for any tickets, fines, or penalties resulting from unpaid meters or improper parking.

Additional parking garages are available within walking distance of the studio for your convenience.

Guests, models, and clients are welcome, however you are fully responsible for anyone you bring into the space. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please make sure anyone you bring understands and follows studio rules.

5. BUSINESS ACCESS + COMMON AREAS

You are welcome to shoot on the stairs and in the building areas directly outside of the studio doors.

Please be respectful of surrounding businesses — keep noise levels low and avoid any disruptive or distracting behavior.

No nudity or boudoir-style content is permitted outside of the studio space.

Any complaints reported may result in limited or revoked studio access.

6. WEATHER CONDITIONS

The studio operates year-round, including during snow, rain, or icy conditions.

Outdoor areas and walkways may be slippery. By booking, you accept all risks associated with weather conditions and will not hold Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale & Barbieri liable for any injury.

No refunds or reschedules will be given due to weather unless approved at least 24 hours in advance.

7. NOISE AND MUSIC

Music is welcome, just keep it at a respectful level to the surrounding businesses.

Please avoid loud yelling, screaming, stomping, running or amplified sound inside or outside.

8. SAFETY RULES

For safety reasons, the following are not allowed:

• Open flames (candles, incense, sparklers, fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.)

• Smoke machines

• Aerosol sprays, fake snow, glitter sprays, confetti, or powders without approval

No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs on the property, they are strictly prohibited.

Large events, parties, or group gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.

The studio is intended for photography, videography, and small-scale sessions. Any event-style use must be approved in advance.

A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available outside the studio.

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS + BEHAVIORS

Unless approved, the following are not allowed:

• Glitter, confetti, paint, oils, powders, or messy materials

• Rearranging installed backdrops or removing wall art

• Climbing on furniture, props, or structures

• Outdoor nudity (boudoir is indoor only unless approved)

• Pets

10. STUDIO USE POLICY

This space is for photography, videography, and content creation only.

A photographer or videographer must be present unless approved otherwise.

No parties, large gatherings, or events without written permission.

Booking links are private and may not be shared.

Access may be revoked at any time if rules are not followed.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale & Barbieri are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please keep track of all personal belongings, gear, and valuables.

12. EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER

Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale & Barbieri is not responsible for equipment malfunctions, lost images, corrupted files, or technical issues during your session.

13. CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Communication is always appreciated and accommodations may be made when possible.

14. PHOTO + VIDEO USE

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the studio may use behind-the-scenes content, tagged posts, and shared media for promotional purposes on their website or social media pages.

15. SECURITY

Outdoor areas and parking may be monitored by security cameras for safety.

Indoor building hallways may be monitored by security cameras for safety.

There are no cameras in private studio or changing areas.

16. LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By booking, you acknowledge that using the studio and outdoor areas comes with inherent risks (including weather, equipment, and movement around the property).

You agree to take full responsibility for yourself, your clients, and your guests, and you release the studio and its owners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

You are also responsible for any damage caused during your booking and paying associated fees if applicable.

This agreement applies to you, your clients, and anyone you bring with you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

By booking, entering, or using Everwild Collective Studio, the Empire State Commercial Building, or surrounding property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in photography sessions and use of the studio, building, stairs, elevator and any surrounding areas involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, equipment-related injuries, and interactions with other individuals on the premises.

I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage to myself, my clients, guests, and personal property.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Washington State law, I release and hold harmless Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale and Barbieri, including their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the premises.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from negligence, accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss.

Responsibility for Guests

I accept full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and supervision of all clients, guests, and individuals I bring onto the property.

I agree to ensure all parties follow studio rules and understand potential risks.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend Everwild Collective Studio, Empire State Commercial Building, and Goodale and Barbieri against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my use of the space or the actions of my clients or guests.

Medical Responsibility

I understand that no medical services are provided on-site. I am solely responsible for any medical care required for myself or anyone in my group.

Binding Agreement

This agreement is binding upon me, my clients, guests, heirs, representatives, and assigns.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
