Studio Reset (Required After Every Booking)

• Return all furniture, props, and décor to their original placement
• Remove all trash and personal items
• Wipe down all surfaces used (tables, counters, props, etc.)
• Sweep high-traffic areas if needed
• Spot clean floors (mud, dirt, spills, etc.)

Windows + Walls (Studio Standard)

• Large studio windows must be left completely clean and free of smudges, fingerprints, or streaks
• Check windows in natural light before leaving
• Walls must be free of marks, scuffs, or handprints
• Any visible marks on walls must be gently cleaned before exit

Sets + Shooting Areas

• Fluff and neatly reset pillows, blankets, or fabrics.
• Wipe down leather couch surface.
• Smooth out wrinkles in backdrops or cut dirty paper off the roll.
• Reset any moved walls, décor, or props

Mirrors + Glass

• Remove all fingerprints and smudges

Before Leaving

• Studio must be returned to its original condition
• Windows and walls visibly clean
• All lighting and equipment turned off
• Doors locked

Required Exit Photos (Mandatory)

To ensure accountability and consistency for all guests, a photo check-out is required after every booking.

Before exiting the studio, you must:

• Take clear, well-lit photos after cleaning and resetting the space
• Confirm everything is returned to its original placement
• Ensure windows and walls are clean and free of smudges

Required Photos Include:

• Wide shot of the main studio area
• Each setup or area used during your session
• Large windows (must appear clean and streak-free)
• Floors and surrounding space
• Any furniture or props that were moved, shown reset

Submission:

Photos must be sent immediately upon leaving the studio

Cleaning + Compliance Policy:

Failure to follow cleaning expectations or submit required exit photos may result in:

• Cleaning fees
• Additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning
• Loss of future booking privileges

Cleaning fees are rarely applied when the studio is properly reset and exit photos are submitted. These fees exist to maintain the quality of the space for all guests
